- Blame Culture
Sometimes curiosity gets blocked not by a lack of ideas, but by the fear of exposing them too early.
The Simulated Braintrust gives you a lower-risk way to stress-test unfinished thinking before you bring it into the world.
Use it when
- you are hesitant to share early work
- perfectionism is slowing you down
- you want feedback without the full social cost of public exposure
AI lens
AI is useful as a sparring partner. It is not a substitute for human stakes.
Helpful use
"Challenge this idea from the perspective of a skeptic, an expert, and a beginner."
Risk
Polishing something endlessly in private and never letting real humans react.

How it works
- Bring a rough idea, draft, argument, or question.
- Ask for critique from multiple angles: what is unclear? what feels generic? what assumption is weak? what is missing? what would a skeptic say?
- Look for the two or three critiques that sting because they are true.
- Improve the work.
- Then bring it to real people.
